Terms & Conditions

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between us jw coaching and you, the parent/guardian it is a legally binding agreement. These conditions are important to maintain standards and to ensure that participants gain the maximum benefit.

• to comply with safeguarding regulations, participants must be collected promptly at the end of the session, by a responsible adult.
• a coach may, at any time, ask your child to leave the session if he/she is jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others.
• you and your child are requested to arrive on time.
• in the event that your child is unable to attended a scheduled session, due to sickness, holiday government restrictions or a decision by the parent or participant not to attend, JW coaching is unable to offer any refund of fees paid, or make up the missed session.
• payment is due in full when the sessions are booked and before attending.
• JW coaching will request parent/guardian consent for any photographs or videos of sessions involving your child, To be used across our social media platforms.
• you and your child must treat all JW coaching members, children, with respect and consideration. JW coaching does not tolerate rude, offensives or aggressive remarks and behaviour in anyway.
• smoking, vaping are not permitted at the venues.
• if you have a complaint or a concern please contact JWcoaching privately and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
• we reserve the right to make changes to these rules.
